Lake of the Woods is a private residential community of
single-family homes located in the northeastern end of Orange County,
Virginia. Each year their Planning Committee is tasked with
making recommendations on what should be included is the community's five
year Master Plan. The Planning Committee developed an elaborate point system
to rank proposed capital items that were suggested for the Master Plan.
