The Executive Development Assessment (EDA) is a diagnostic tool to give the participant a clear view of  his/her management skills.  The participant does a self evaluation by completing a multiple choice questionnaire.   The participant also selects a group of  peers, subordinates and superiors to complete a similar questionnaire which accesses the participant.  Up to twelve people may be asked to complete the questionnaire to provide a complete picture of the participant's management skills..    

You may view the EDA questionnaire by using "demo123" as both the Access Code and Password.  Warning: When using the demo access, the first questions will begin where the last person stopped.  The demo access only demos the questionnaire.
